RENOVATED WINTER 2024-25

This Efficiency Unit on the lower level of the apartment building faces the back the parking lot for convenient access.  It has been freshly renovated to include new LVP flooring, new kitchen cabinets, the addition of a new over-range microwave and a new dishwasher.  Cooling is handled by a brand new window style A/C unit.  Though there is a gas unit for heat, an electric radiant oil space heater is provided as an alternative to save on utilities.  This is a basic unit but is private and energy efficient for low bills.

UK or BCTCS STUDENTS:  This apartment is approximately four miles from UK.  If you rent this unit we can provide you parking at one of our other locations near campus.
