You can mail the application, bring to our office in person or send via email to kim@hardinproperties.net. Please note that the Pre-paid first month’s rent is due with all applications from new residents in lieu of an application fee. This amount will be credited to your first month of rent at move in. If HARDIN PROPERTIES does not accept your application for any reason we will refund 100% of your money by the next business day.
