To apply please download and print out the application below and submit it to the office at 245 Lexington Ave., Lexington, KY 40508-2608. There is a mail slot in the front door that is accessible 24/7 or you can mail the application. Please note that the first month’s rent is due with all applications from new residents in lieu of an application fee. This amount will be credited to your first month of rent at move in. If HARDIN PROPERTIES does not accept your application for any reason we will refund 100% of your money by the next business day.
