This unit is basically its own 4BR/2BA house attached to the back of another house.  It was built in 1997 with a nice open first-floor kitchen/living room plan.  The kitchen has a bar top and dining area with wood-like laminate flooring.  Also on the first floor is a carpeted bedroom with its own bathroom and a separate laundry room.  On the second floor are three additional carpeted bedrooms and one more bathroom.  The house has an all-electric central heating and A/C system.  There is a partially-fenced and well-lighted shared parking area in the rear.  Parking is at a premium at this location but we include four spaces right outside the door!  The best part about this house is its location, being just steps away from UK’s campus and the W.T. Young Library.
