This is an upstairs apartment in a 6 unit building on the corner of E. Maxwell St. and MLK blvd.  It is located approx. 200 feet from the new dorms, 1 block from the Student Center and half a block from the S. The parking is limited to two in the well lighted parking lot behind the building off of MLK blvd. and the church across the street offers additional off-street parking each semester for a small additional charge. There is also free on-street parking on both streets and after hours free parking for guests in the lot next door.

The apartment has all electric central heating and air conditioning containing a more efficient heat pump system.  There is Laundry with Super Large capacity machines inside each unit.  The full size enclosed exterior balcony is located just outside the patio doors of the Living Room.  The balcony is very private and enclosed with 60’s style concrete block.   The access corridor at the back of the building is secured by the steel security gates downstairs and provides additional balcony space and secured access between the other units in the building.  (At this time all 18 residents know each other and travel between units frequently)  We would be interested in renting all of the units in the entire building to one group or organization which would allow additional access to the common room under construction on the first floor.  Please call us to discuss this option.  Thanks for looking!
